If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason, return it to us with all the contents and packaging intact within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you a refund. Returned product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. The product should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
To return products, please inform us in writing by email. You will then be informed of the return procedure by e-mail. You are responsible for the safe return of the products to us. You are advised to retain proof of posting. Postages are not refundable. In order to return a product you must provide proof of purchase. Warranty: Every television ranging from 15" up to 42" offers a minimum 2 year manufacturers warranty in the event of defects in materials or workmanship. We offer an extended warranty to 3 years for as little as £49. Please call our sales team for further information. An invoice of the original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The Proofvision hot tub range has a 5 year warranty on the shell structure and a 1 year parts warranty. |
